Q. How long will I take to complete the survey?

It takes a maximum of 20 minutes to complete the survey.

Q. Can I save and complete later?

No.

Q. If its anonymous and confidential why do you take contact details?

To make sure that only the targeted stakeholders of Amatola Water participate in the survey, not everybody across the country or globe.

Q. How long will Amatola Water take to produce the survey report?

It will take a month.

Q. Where can stakeholders access the report?

The report can be requested from Ms Nosisa Sogayise, Communications & Stakeholder Manager, Amatola Water, Email: nsogayise@amatolawater.co.za Tel: 043 707 3734.

Q. What is the purpose of the survey and what are you going to do with the findings?

Amatola Water is conducting the survey in an effort to understand stakeholder satisfaction or lack of, on the different aspects of Amatola Water’s business and interactions with stakeholders. This will help Amatole Water to improve service offerings, stakeholder communication and brand perception.

Q. Am I allowed to recommend relevant people to provide information to the survey?

Yes, you are, and thank you for that. You can do so by clicking here

Q. Can I switch between online and telephonic interview?

Yes, you can. Make that you provide your contact details in the registration from to enable us to contact you and schedule the telephonic interview.

Q. Can I be interviewed face-to-face?

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions we are not able to conduct face-to-face interviews.

Q. Can you do group interview?

Q. Can I/we be interviewed through virtual meeting e.g. Zoom?

Yes, you can. Please schedule a Zoom meeting and send the login details to info@calorb.co.za.
